Yet another classic campfire and childrens song, Baby Bumblebee is a variant of the official state historical song of Arkansas, The Arkansas Traveller. Originally written in the late 1800's by Colonel Sandy Faulkner, it was later adapted to use the words of the now familiar Baby Bumblebee song with the new lyrics written by Stanley Murphey in 1912.
Parts are available for all common concert band instruments as well as for the piano. The words (lyrics) to the song are printed on each part. If you want to play the song as a unison duet simply choose the appropriate parts for the two different instruments and everything should sound fine. If you need music for an instrument that is not listed please give one of the other instrument parts a try. It is very likely you will find a part that will fall into your comfortable playing range.
